Final Fantasy XIV Director Wants Switch And Xbox One Version, But Has One Condition

Final Fantasy XIV director Naoki Yoshida has said he's still interested in bringing the MMORPG to Nintendo's Switch and Microsoft's Xbox One, and has had meetings with executives from the respective platform holders to make it happen.Speaking to Kotaku, Yoshida said he "would love for as many players to be on FFXIV as possible" and "conversations have been had with Phil Spencer of Microsoft, and the upper management teams of Nintendo."However, Yoshida has said he wants both companies to meet one major condition: "the game has to have the capability of cross-platform play." A Year's Worth Of Free DLC Coming To Dying Light

Despite releasing almost three years ago, Dying Light continues to have a very active user base, with roughly half a million players still playing the survival horror game weekly. With so many players engaged with the title, developer Techland has announced it plans to continue supporting the game with a year's worth of DLC.Techland will release 10 pieces of DLC for Dying Light over the course of the next 12 months. These expansions will include new enemies, more in-game events, new locations to explore, and "much, much more." This additional content will be offered for free across all of the game's platforms. The first, dubbed Content Drop 0, will arrive "in the coming weeks" and introduces new enemies to the game. Superhot's PS4 Release Date Revealed, And It's Sooner Than You Think

Superhot and its standalone expansion Superhot VR are coming to PS4 later this week, Sony has announced. They both arrive on the PlayStation Store on Friday, July 21 (July 18 in Australia, July 19 in Europe).The base game had, until now, been exclusive to Xbox One and PC, while Superhot VR had only been available on Oculus RIft and HTC Vive. Each of the two games costs US $25 / £20 / AU $38, or you can grab them both as part of a double pack called the Mind is Software Bundle for US $40 / £33 / AU $60. PS Plus members can also pre-order them for 20% off until release day in each territory.
